What changes are being made within the support organization to reflect the re-branding?
We are making updates to our support phone line. To streamline processes and give our clients one phone number to call for all LINQ solutions, we are consolidating into one phone line 1-888-GO4LINQ (888-464-5467). Current phone numbers will be routed to the new number.
What will clients see when receiving invoices or other financial details?
LINQ’s Client invoices, AR statements, and the credit card authorization forms have been updated with our new logo and visuals. We’re looking to provide clients with Smart Invoices—watch for more details in 2024!
