LINQ is working with state agencies to implement the LINQ Forms & Workflows platform for the creation of the S-EBT Meal Application form. This involves building a customized form and workflow according to state specifications, automating the application process, and exporting data for customer use.

LINQ provides project management services, conducting weekly communication sessions, coordinating resources, identifying and mitigating issues, and ensuring the overall health of the project. The project involves requirements gathering, project initiation, planning, and execution phases.

LINQ assists in requirements gathering, reviews access and security rules, confirms state reporting requirements, creates customer accounts, and conducts a Project Kickoff call to establish expectations, responsibilities, and communication cadence.

Yes, customers have the option to purchase supplemental services for advanced concepts or less commonly used features within LINQ Forms & Workflows. These additional services will be quoted and invoiced separately.

The project is estimated to take 1-2 weeks for initiation and planning and 2-4 weeks for execution and launch. However, actual timelines may vary based on specific project requirements and customer collaboration.

Customers need to assign dedicated project team members, including a Project Manager, IT Resource(s), Operations Resource(s), Training Resource(s), and an Executive Sponsor. These roles are essential for smooth collaboration and successful project implementation.

LINQ’s S-EBT Meal Application subscription will align with the SFSP Federal Program Year of October 1st through September 30th.

Invoicing for initial fees is done in advance of project services. All pricing is valid based on the terms outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Additional Professional Services beyond the estimates provided may be purchased at the customer’s discretion. All Professional Services hours are billed at $200/hour.

Customers are responsible for reimbursing LINQ for reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses. Expenses include travel, lodging, transportation, mileage, meals, and related expenses incurred during on-site visits. Expenses will be governed by LINQ’s expense policy and billed to the customer at actual cost.

LINQ Forms & Workflows Implementation and Support Teams will be available for any questions and issues that may arise after the project has been implemented. Customers can reach out for ongoing assistance and support.
