  Employees can easily simulate changes to compensation, view payroll details and deductions, certificates on file, and benefit package enrollments. More specifically, they can submit requests to change personal information, log time worked, enroll in new benefit plans or change current enrollments, request leave, and request deductions or changes in allocations and federal and state withholding – all from a single, self-serve portal.

  

• Applicant Portal

  Self-service portal that allows applicants to apply for either open positions or future positions electronically. Applicants can attach documents, such as resumes and applicant data is available for qualified candidate searches.

  

• Leave & Personnel Administration

  Automatic sick, vacation, and other leave accrual and attendance accounting with reporting and inquiry programs available to monitor attendance. Personnel administration allows you to enter and report on employee demographic data, experience, evaluation data, certifications, endorsements and education.

  

• Salary Administration & Position Control

  Salary Administration system automatically imports employee information from the HRS, generates employee placements. Position Control provides a single source of personnel and payroll information, allowing users to maintain and report all related information in a timely, effective manner.

  

• Time Clock

  Flexible clocking options and multiple data collection options. Punching in is convenient for both employee and supervisor via smart phone and iPad.
