Madison School District had adopted TITAN’s nutrition management services (now part of LINQ Nutrition), making their back-end operations much quicker, but they were still lacking an easy way to display their menus to students. Their cafeteria offerings change daily and they did not have the resources to create, display, and update menus manually.
TITAN partnered with TelemetryTV to create the TITAN Menu App, available exclusively on TelemetryTV’s app library for digital signage. The app, which can be set up in just a few minutes and connects to TITAN seamlessly through an API, updates menu items in real-time on Madison’s screens. Students are always aware of what’s available, which means staff can focus on what matters most – feeding students.
All of Madison’s schools serve both breakfast and lunch to their students. They needed a way to ensure the right menu was displayed at the right time to avoid confusion.
TelemetryTV’s playlist scheduling allows Madison to program when each menu will be displayed in a matter of seconds. By simply checking off the days and times they would like a specific playlist page to show, they are able to set it and forget it. Now students know exactly what is available and when.
In the digital age, engaging students can be difficult. Madison School District wanted a better way to communicate important information to their students. The hard part? Making them pay attention.
Digital signage provides a dynamic and engaging way to make important announcements to Madison’s huge student body and their parents. With TelemetryTV’s extensive library of apps, announcements can be set up and broadcast in minutes. When this important content is scheduled in a dynamic playlist with eye-catching imagery, students are excited to see what’s coming up at their school.
